From an early age I have been aware of the multi-dimensionality of my being and found refuge in the Stillness Within. I now use sound to help others enter that state of harmony and peace. My sound sessions have been referred to as “galactic shamanism” and “celestial initiation”.
Sessions by donation
I offer sound healing sessions in Mount Shasta, California, USA.
Since 1992 I aim to help others in their discovery, understanding and manifestation of their life's purpose, in their awakening and expansion of consciousness, in their realization of holistic health and wellbeing.
With over thirty years experience in the healing arts, I studied many different modalities. I let go of all and developed my own unique method based on my mystical life style.
My approach is not through the mental realm with many words, but through the unspoken sensing realm of sound vibrational attunements; with a “sound bath”, using sound alchemy as vibrational medicine.
Sound Ceremony as Celestial Initiation.
Through the ceremonial use of sound with acoustic instruments and my voice, I reflect the state of your true Being, allowing you to enter a state of harmony and peace.
My songs aim to restore balance and harmony, revitalizing and reinforcing your connection to Self; inviting you to remember and realize All that Is – The Ultimate – Awareness beyond being.
The sounds are a vehicle to enter Stillness.
Sound, when it ebbs away, leads the way to silence (the absence of sound).
Silence opens the door to stillness (a state of inner awareness).
From stillness arises the realization of our perfect Self.
As an intuitive sensitive physicist I represent a unique balance between head and heart, between sensing and knowing, between left-brain and right-brain, between masculine and feminine.
One 1-hour session‡ is available daily: around either 11am, 3pm or 7:30pm.
Sessions are offered by donation.
‡ I reserve two hours of my time for each sound healing session to allow you ample time to stay in the stillness after the sounds ebb away, should you desire to do so.
I can accommodate two people laying down on pads on the floor and two people sitting on a couch.

As you lay on the pad on the floor, around you I play different instruments and sing in the language of spirit.
The main purpose of my session is to allow you to enter a state of Stillness. Anything that needs to be healed, whether physical, mental or emotional is in your own power to harmonize. I am merely a facilitator. So during the session be in a state of listening, listen to the sounds of the instruments and my voice. Whenever there is a pause, silence, allow yourself to go deeper into Stillness. During the session I am in a meditation, and listening inward as well. In that state I see your true being, your energetic essence and I vocalize that through my singing. So my songs are in a sense a reflection of the true You, in a state of perfection, I Am. At the end of the session you don't have to get up right away; stay in the silence as long as feels appropriate.

Sound Healing Retreats
For those that would like to experience a series of sound healing sessions and are interested to learn about the spiritual principles behind my approach, I offer Sound Healing Retreats in Mount Shasta.
Just like my regular sound healing session, my retreat offering is by donation.

Group sessions
Occasionally I accept requests from larger groups to give a session at a retreat location within driving distance. For sessions on location I bring a sub-set of my instruments, mainly my shamanic drum, a collection of copper-alloy Tibetan bowls, and a few tongue drums. And my voice. And possibly one or more other instruments that I feel guided to bring.
My focus is on allowing people to enter Stillness. So it is not so much about the sounds, although they assist in harmonizing and balancing body and mind, but more an easing into and opening to silence and stillness, a state of receptiveness, inner alertness, of being instead of doing.
The duration is 45 to 60 minutes, and ideally participants should have the time afterwards to stay in the stillness and/or have opportunity to share their experience.
I need about 15 minutes beforehand to unpack and setup. And 15 minutes afterwards to wrap and box my instruments.
